Your personal text

Your garment is made with the personal text you choose. Check the spelling, text and size before checkout. Your text is printed in uppercase, with a maximum of 12 characters including spaces. You can edit it in your bag before placing your order.

Personalised goods and withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, where that legal exception applies. Merely making an item after an order is placed does not itself remove the right of withdrawal. If the exception does not apply, your statutory withdrawal rights remain.

We do not offer additional voluntary returns or size exchanges. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights remain if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, including if we print different text from your confirmed order. Contact us using the reply address in your order confirmation so we can help.

Corrections after ordering

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly using your order confirmation. We cannot promise changes once production has started. This does not limit any statutory rights.

Size and fit

Check the measurements for the specific garment before ordering. Staging is a test environment: verified garment measurements and production setup are still pending.
